Everything on this website and in our classes, programmes and sessions is provided for education and personal development. We are not doctors, psychiatrists, psychotherapists or psychologists. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and nothing we say or publish should be read as medical advice.

2. Your health and your responsibility
- Taking part is voluntary. You are responsible for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while you do.
- Some practices we teach, such as breathwork, cold exposure, movement or intense breathing patterns, are not suitable for everyone. - Listen to your body. Slow down or stop at any time. Tell the facilitator if something does not feel right.
- By taking part you accept the risks that come with these practices.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, under data-processing terms where required: website hosting and form handling (Netlify), analytics (Google), scheduling (Google Calendar), email and newsletter tools (such as Substack), payment and accounting providers, and professional advisers. Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose: enquiries and complaints generally for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, client and billing records for the period the law requires (in Estonia, generally seven years for accounting records), and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to move it to another provider, and to object to certain uses. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. To use these rights, write to us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Estonia that is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee), or the authority in the country where you live.
